Ebony Iman Dallas is an artist who specializes in portraiture and a designer. Using rich, fiery hues and whimsical forms she works to truly bring the essence and spirit of her subjects to life. Her work, mostly socially, politically and/or spiritually motivated, strives to bring light to current issues and pay homage to those from the past by fully studying the subject matter in order to create pieces with an educational component. Ebony is currently a MA candidate in Interactive Design at California College of the Arts in San Francisco, CA USA where she is studying how to bridge the social and communication divide amongst people of African decent in order to create a space for future collaborations and community activism meant to expand across our international borders in the near future.
